This organization
is an all-volunteer group of Manhattan Valley residents, working
within their community. Volunteers are desperately needed and would
be greatly appreciated.

The Brooklyn
CACC has over 100 animals available everyday, including purebred
cats, dogs, kittens and puppies. There is a $60 adoption fee, which
includes exam, vaccination, spay/neuter and a follow-up exam.
Zoe, the white
dog and her brother Sam have both been placed, but they have many
special friends now waiting for adoption at Bide-A-Wee shelters
in Manhattan, Wantagh and Westhampton.

free spaying and neutering for dogs and cats every summer, an externship
program for veterinary students, pet therapy, pet memorial parks,
and the Golden Years Retirement Home for older, unadoptable pets.
